Welcome to the Sylt Royal luxury home in Westerland on Sylt, an oasis of comfort and elegance. With 180 m² of space, this exquisite accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and is the ideal choice for families, couples, and friends looking for an unforgettable stay on this North Sea island.
On the first floor, you’ll find a guest restroom, an open kitchen, and a cozy living area with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace and garden. Wind down the day in front of the fireplace after a long walk, or lean back in a beach chair and enjoy the view of the garden and the peace and quiet.
The open-concept kitchen connected to the living room is perfect for social evenings. It is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining area or outdoors on the terrace, which offers a view of the garden and lets you experience Sylt’s fresh air to the fullest.
Three of the bedrooms each feature a double bed (180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, as well as blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Another bedroom is furnished with two single beds, ideal for younger guests. For them, we also provide a crib and a high chair. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one on the second floor, and another in the basement.
The two modern bathrooms, each with a toilet, shower, bathtub, and large sink, offer you comfort and plenty of space. Our favorite spot is the Finnish sauna with a relaxation area where you can unwind. If you want to stay active while on vacation, you can use the treadmill to keep fit.
Another highlight is the high-quality woodwork in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Here, attention has been paid to quality and detail.
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome and, of course, can’t be left out of your vacation. You can park your bikes on the terrace.
