About this resort
These are 1 bedroom 1 bath timeshare units with full kitchens and everything you need. The resort is oceanfront on VA Beach. The resort is ranked 12 out of 115 in VAB. This unit sleeps up to 4 people and is conveniently located at 23rd and Atlantic in the heart of Virginia Beach. Great place to ride bikes or rollerblade. Unit has a full kitchen stocked with pots pans and dishes so no need to eat out. flat screens in the living room and bedroom, really comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.
The boardwalk, restaurants, bars, night life, roller coasters and rides, mini golf, arcades, and the ocean front and beaches are all right downstairs/close by. Great place for kids and adults.
The city of VA Beach pays bands and street acts to perform on every other street corner every night between 17th and 30th Street. Free concerts at the several pavilions up and down the boardwalk. Great place to ride bikes or rollerblade. Parking included. Indoor pool and hot tub. Arcade games, gym, activities, grocery delivery from Harris Teeter. 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

We loved waking up and going to bed with the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful sunrise.

This was the perfect spot to relax and hardly have to leave for food or drink with an on site restaurant. No breakfast but it is just across the street and excellent food!

This is resort that has been sold as timeshares. It is showing it's age. The place is kept clean. There was no reservation made at the resort for our stay. The owner didn't let the property know we where coming. We had printed out the email sent out by the owner and where able to check in using that. In the description of the rental it says smoking is okay on the balcony that is not the case.the bed was not very comfortable. We will look for some place else next time we go to Virginia Beach
