The location is phenomenal. Great parking, if you have a car. Free laundry. Decent restaurant. EVERYONE was friendly.
For the price, the value is amazing. A little dated. This is a time share location.

On the beach, near restaurants and grocery store
Very bland. Furniture in the room well used and dusty in the corners. Dishes were not clean but they had a dishwasher so ran them through that.

Location was great and the beds slept well
It was not cleaned at all. Popcorn from the last guest on the side of the couch the floors felt gritty and the bathroom was just nasty I bought my own cleaning products and just cleaned it myself
