About this house rental
Nestled at the base of Flagstaff`s iconic Mount Elden, this charming 3BR/2BA mountain retreat is ideal for families or groups seeking a peaceful escape. Bask in starlit nights from the private hot tub, surrounded by towering pines and mountain views by day. Comfortably sleeping six, this home also welcomes your furry friend, offering a spacious, fully fenced yard perfect for canine adventures. Enjoy an affordable stay with all the comforts of a cozy mountain getaway.
Home layout:
The home resides completely on a single level once you are inside the home. There are a few steps getting up into the home. You can enter through the garage or the front door.
Once you enter the front door you will be in the living room with the dining to the right and all the sleeping quatres to your left.
The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom that is accessible in the hallway. Master bedroom has its own attached private bath.
Hot tub room:
The hot tub room is accessible just beyond the kitchen area with its own entrance way.***No need to walk outside :)***Once inside you will be a 3/4 glass room with adjustable blinds and roof shading. There is back patio entrance from this room where there is additional seating and an outdoor table with a sunshade.
The backyard is completely fenced-in with a turf area around the side of the home for your pets.
*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*
*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
*This is a pet friendly home. However, our policy is: `All Four on the Floor`
No pets in beds or on furniture. The violation of this policy can result in additional fees for extra cleaning needed for the home. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*
*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*
*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*
-Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.

This house was perfect for us! It was very well appointed with everything we needed, including extra TP, paper towels, garbage bags and even laundry supplies! The fenced in yard was great for our dogs and the hot tub was amazing! The only thing I'd critique is that there were only 4 washcloths in the whole house! Having more would have been great! Otherwise, perfect stay!

Host was amazing and the place was great. The house was in excellent condition and very clean. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean and easy to operate and the house felt comfortable and cozy. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay at the Stargazing Cabin. It was plenty of room for our family of 5 in a great little neighborhood. The house was very clean and had all of the needed essentias for our stay. We easily took day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, and loved soaking in the hot tub after our adventures. Thank you so much!
