About this house rental
Located in the coveted Beach-Barber Tract neighborhood just down the street from the world famous Windansea Beach, this home was completely re-modeled in 2018. Hear the waves and feel the ocean breezes from this handsome Tudor-style home. Ocean view from the master suite and office. Only a 2-minute walk to the beach!
House Rules
- No parties allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew. (10 pm to 7 am quiet time)
- Please respect check in and check out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Checking Out
- Checking out at 11am please
- Turn off AC, lights, and small appliances.
- Close the windows and lock all doors (from the outside press the Schlage logo)
- Please place used dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it)
- Check for valuables and chargers.
- Notify us of your departure.
The owner, Dennis, occasionally stays in his separate apartment located in the backyard, which has its own entrance. If you happen to see him, please feel free to say hello. He might also need to park in the driveway to charge his Tesla.

This La Jolla house was a delight. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. 2 of our adult kids had to work from home and there were small desks in 2 of the kid rooms and of course there was a main desk in the king bedroom. That was helpful. All the beds were comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was more than equipped for cooking big family meals as we did. We enjoyed the pool table as well as the assortment of games after dinner. We loved the proximity to the beach for our morning “cold plunge”. This house was perfect as a base for the main event of a graduation in the area. We all could get ready quickly with the many bathrooms. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
