Walking distance was great. Fit our group of 11. Nice kitchen. Loved having the fire pit. Decent ocean view considering where the house is situated.

Entering/exiting the driveway is incredibly dangerous. And it's always noisy - never a break in the traffic and sirens. We would have to hit the crosswalk button just so we could leave. Consider adding a concave mirror so the driver can see cars coming from the left.
