About this house rental
Come and recharge yourself in the Vendée sunshine in this beautiful house with a shared heated swimming pool (open from 1st July to 31st August). Ideally situated just a few metres from the sea, the house is set back at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac for a peaceful stay with views over the forest. Everything is in place for a wonderful holiday.
This 55 m² house in St. Hilaire de Riez has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people, including one bedroom in the common area in a mezzanine. It has an enclosed terrace and garden furniture. Within the accommodation you will find a television. A hairdryer and washing machine are at your disposal. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to shops and restaurants, the rental is situated at:
- 550 m from the restaurant "Le Resto Des Becs"
- 650 m from the supermarket "Le Fournil de Sam"
- 800 m from the sandy beach "Plage des Becs"
- 2 km from the supermarket "U Express"
- 7 km from the golf course "Golf de Saint-Jean-de-Monts"
- 9 km from the train station "Gare de Saint Hilaire de Riez"
- 65 km from the airport "Aéroport Nantes Atlantique"
Many hiking trails and cycle paths run along the coastline, the Saint-Gilles corniche and cross the wooded dunes.
