About this cottage rental
This house is located in the town center, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a village where you can visit its unique church, the studio of painter and sculptor Jorge Carrasco, or go swimming in the Creuse River (beach a 1km walk away).
A heated swimming pool (shared with 3 other gîtes) from May to September, 1.50 meters deep, depending on the weather, a chalet (shower and toilet), opening hours 10 [hidden] to 9 [hidden], and a wood-heated hot tub (not available in July and August).
5 minutes away is the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse (the Green Venice of Berry) with its market, archaeological site, and shirt-making museum, and 10 minutes away is the village of Gargilesse (one of the most beautiful villages in France). The Creuse Valley (Lake Eguzon, beaches, canoes, etc.) and Brenne Natural Park will complete your stay. Beauval Zoo is 1 hour 15 minutes away. Detached house with a 100 m² garden (detached/on the side of the house) and private parking.
On the ground floor: large living room with lounge (wood-burning stove) / dining room / equipped kitchen - bathroom with 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks.
Upstairs: 2 dual-aspect sleeping areas with a landing (1 double bed 140x190 and 1 single bed 90x190) and a sleeping area (2 double beds 160x200 and 2 single beds 110x190 in alcoves), dormitory;
