As you enter the home, you'll find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with beautiful hardwood floors and large windows. Additional features of this home include:
• Stunning views of the Ponderosa pine trees with a covered back patio offering a natural gas firepit, hot tub, built in barbecue and ample patio furniture
• Chefs kitchen featuring a granite top island, stainless steel appliances, double dishwasher and double sinks
• Large dining room table with additional seating at the kitchen bar
• Living room features comfortable seating, gas fireplace with brick mantle, and large flatscreen TV
• First king bedroom downstairs is equipped with an adjustable standing/sitting work desk, flatscreen TV, private patio access, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub, shower, and double sinks.
