Both heated pools have been completely renovated and are open. Pools, Beach, and nearby restaurants are open. **In this BB&T studio condo, you'll find a great home base for your visit to SW Florida. With premium beach access just a short walk away, a birds's eye view of the tennis center and pickleball courts; this is the perfect spot for an active traveler who is looking for a place to call home! Adventure awaits! Jet ski, parasailing, paddle board, and kayak rentals are available on the beach at Doc's Beach House. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach towels are provided in the unit for your enjoyment at the beach.

The living area has a sleeper sofa with full size mattress, new recliner, accent chair, wall mounted TV with cable package and sliding glass doors open to the sun-filled, 5th floor balcony.
The bedroom area is open to the living space and enjoys a view of the TV from the king size bed; resort quality bed and bath linens are included, and a walk-in closet for your belongings.

The kitchen comes equipped with beautiful granite counters, a smooth surface cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and basic small appliances. Please note, this unit does not have an oven.
The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai where you can enjoy a view of the tennis center, pickle ball courts and some of Bonita Springs backwater canals and waterways.
Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.
All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.
Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are included.
Beach and Tennis Club offers tennis, pickle ball, 2 heated pools and 1 kiddie pool, multiple restaurants close by, onsite café, 2 elevators servicing each building, community coin-operated laundry facility in buildings 1, 3, and 5, and is close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi. As a guest of Bonita Beach and Tennis, you have complimentary recreational access to the Har-Tru clay courts. Courts are available by appointment, through the tennis pro. Correct court shoes must be worn on the clay courts.

Nice location They weren’t upfront about all the work that was being done on the buildings from the hurricane in 2022 or that the tennis courts were destroyed and pickle ball courts had damage only one was usableThey emailed me the day before my arrival and told me the pool wouldn’t be available Most of the condos in this complex on Vrbo are not being forthcoming about what’s not available
