Just down the hall, you'll find a half-bathroom, a full kitchen with black appliances and a pass-through window to the dining room table, a door to the back patio, and a private laundry room where you can toss the day's swimsuits, hiking clothes, or snowy socks. There's a second flatscreen TV in the loft-style bedroom upstairs, as well as a full bathroom and a lovely view of the mountains to wake up to each morning.

You'll be within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants, eateries, coffee shops, and conveniences, and one mile south of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club. If you head downtown, you can soak in the lovely Pagosa Hot Springs or go tubing or kayaking on the San Juan River. In the winter months, Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 28 miles northeast.
