Excellent location with amazing views. Very nicely furnished with all the amenities of being at home. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Pagosa Springs if it is available.

Good communication, easy check-in, spacious unit, nice view from the back windows, good location - could walk to stores and restaurants. Pet friendly.
one toilet was out of order - host didn't call to check until second day of our stay and asked if he could schedule a fix. we didn't want to deal with repairs so we just used the second toilet; sheets had a strong detergent smell, heat noise was very loud in bedroom - not great for light sleepers.
