Maintenance Note: Our COA is modernizing our elevators between 10/13/25-05/01/26. There will always be one working elevator. You can expect Monday - Thursday workdays, 7am-5pm, possible construction noise and possible elevator delays. We do not expect interuptions for our guests but we do want to make you aware.

This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf that has entries from the living room and master suite and guest bedroom. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
This condo has 3 spacious bedrooms . The two king bedrooms are gulf front with balcony access. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath attached. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin mattress on bottom and a twin mattress on top. The bedrooms have 32"-40" flat screen "smart" televisions for our guests to enjoy.
The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 50" flat screen television In the living room.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The dining room table seats 4 comfortably. There is also a bar for extra seating.
The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies.
This location can't be beat! You can take a short walk to the Hangout or Pink Pony Pub to the west or you can walk to the East where you can fish or just take a leisurely walk on the State Pier.
The unit offers free wi-fi. Guests may park in the parking area or in the covered garage.
The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools, kids splash pad, hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness room and grills.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf courses, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex.
The Gulf Shores area is family-friendly with many activities for all ages.

The unit was a good size for our party of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) and well decorated. The balcony was a good size with both bedrooms having access and a good view of the ocean/ beach. However, the bars at the turn of the balcony rattle so loud in high wind no one could sleep one morning of our stay. There are two elevators but one was down a lot of the time. The first day we had to walk up 11 flights of stairs because of the wait for the one working elevator. Heavy elevator usage was between 3-6pm daily with lines regularly out both doors into the parking garage. Very limited bath towels so we did laundry every day. The kitchen was sufficient except one of the two pans was unusable due to rust and there were only 4 glasses. The pool is next door at another building and only a small portion is available for outside use. Kids splash pad is small and very crowded. One of the property workers said “You just have to squeeze in if you can get in” and that’s an accurate description. Beach access is good. Be prepared for a line on the way back to rinse sand off. There are four hose/shower areas but each of our 5 days only two were usable because the hoses had holes in them. Check out was at 10am but maid service arrived at 9am. We verified with her that we weren’t to be out until 10 and she agreed but said she would wait at the door while we finished packing. That was a first for us which made us feel very rushed and uncomfortable. Lots of shops, a restaurant and beach activities close.
