Located within walking distance to The Hangout, Mikee's Seafood, and several other restaurants and shops. Island Market is a short walk for beach toys, drinks, household necessities, and groceries.
Step inside this coastal gem, and you'll immediately be captivated by the gulf view visible right from the living room deck. There's nothing quite like waking up and sipping your morning coffee while gazing out at the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The property boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, making it perfect for families, friends, or a romantic getaway. The master bedroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed that promises restful nights. Meanwhile, the guest room is thoughtfully equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
If you're traveling with a larger group or extended family, you'll find the additional sleeping arrangements to be a real plus. 'Knot Far Atoll' offers four twin-sized built-in bunks, providing cozy spaces for the little ones or the young at heart. Need extra space for guests? There's also a convenient pull-out sleeper sofa that can comfortably accommodate two more people, bringing the total capacity to 10. Additionally, up to 2 dogs are allowed, as long as they are disclosed on the booking.
The three full bathrooms in the cottage ensure that everyone can get ready for the day's adventures without a hitch. No more waiting in line for your turn!
When it comes to parking, we've got you covered. There's room for two vehicles under the cottage, so you can easily load and unload without the hassle.
For those who crave a change of scenery from the beach, you're in luck. The inviting community heated pool is just a few steps away. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip, bask in the sun, or watch your little ones splash around, the pool is a wonderful addition to your stay. With only 8 cottages in the community, you don't have to worry about a crowded pool.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay for the entire duration of the booking. In addition, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a picture of their ID to confirm the reservation. For parking, there's space for two vehicles on the property. No trailers please. We can provide information on where you can pay to park a boat/trailer if needed.

This was by far the most perfect property for our short vacation. The location could not have been better; it is a short walk to the beach, local restaurants and shopping. It sits back just enough, from the hustle and bustle. It’s quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our time sitting out on the decks. The pool was nice, clean and not crowded. The property was beautifully decorated; simple, clean and coastal. I loved everything about this property and plan to rent again for our next trip.

Beautiful cottage and great location! We love that we can bring our large fur baby. Had some issues with the bedroom TV but finally my hubby got it working on the last day. When they tell you they only give you a “starter pack” for household items, believe them! The Target down the road was great for stocking up, but it was a little annoying to have to buy our own trash bags…. Not a deal breaker by any means, just something to take care of on your first full day. Otherwise everything was great!
