Cozy apartment with terrace and two large swimming pools, one of them heated. Located in Costa del Silencio, Arona, close to the most touristic points of the south of the island and at the same time in a very quiet area. Bright, with capacity for 3 people, with a nice bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the spacious living room that has direct access to the terrace where you can have lunch, sunbathe, disconnect and relax. This property has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.
This apartment is ideal for couples, families and friends, as it has capacity for 3 people, distributed in a nice bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined or separated as needed and the sofa bed located in the spacious living room, which connects to the kitchen with open concept and has direct access to the nice terrace, where you can spend wonderful moments resting, having lunch, sunbathing, reading ....
It also has a bathroom, equipped kitchen, TV with international channels and Chromecast to watch your favorite series and Wifi Internet. With all the amenities, two swimming pools, one of them heated, and large areas for sunbathing in the residential complex in which it is located.
With very good location, in a quiet area, but just a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest in the south of the island.
The house has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, iron, hair dryer, TV with international channels and Chromecast, Internet Wifi, living room, terrace, sheets and towels. In addition to two large swimming pools in the residential complex in which it is located.
Construction work is currently taking place nearby, so some noise may be experienced during the daytime.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Complex Pool and gardens kept very clean, our apt had everything we needed including WiFi.
Although the mattresses on the beds were quite firm myself and friend. We would definitely return back here for holidays.

Cómodo con terraza y unas hamacas. Ideal si lo que quieres es disfrutar de unos días tranquilos en un complejo residencial impresionante, con una zona de piscina muy similar a la que podrías encontrar en un buen hotel! Gracias Home2Book que nos hicieron pasar una estupenda estancia y estuvieron muy pendientes.
