About this cabin rental
Come relax in our unique, tranquil getaway where you can soak in the hot tub while your cares melt away into the treetop view. Centrally located near Lake Dunlap, you will be just minutes away from downtown New Braunfels, Historic Gruene, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and both the Comal and Guadalupe rivers.
This modern A-frame is the perfect place to get some solitude or spend some time together as a couple, with a queen size bed and perfect kitchenette.
Along with the whole cabin, guests will have access to the shared common space on the property that features deck seating shaded by mature oaks and a double hammock.
Upon arrival I will reach out to you to give you a unique code to access the smart lock which will expire after your stay.
Dean`s Den sits as Four Oaks` small-sized vacation rental. The Maverick is another modern A-frame one-bedroom studio, while Creed`s Cottage is the perfect extended getaway location with a one-bedroom and loft. If you are interested in renting out all of Four Oaks for a small wedding, family trip, or reunion - just send us a message!
1. No pets allowed
2. No smoking in the house or on the property. Smoking within the house or on the property will result in a fine of up to $250.
3. No events/parties on property
4. Four Oaks guests may only use the parking space assigned to them, and may not enter or park along the fire access road. If you need additional parking, please contact your host.
5. Only the allowed number of guests defined in the booking are allowed to stay at the home you have booked. If it is found other guests are staying at the home without permission from hosts, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Do not add soap or body care products to the hot tub. Glass is not allowed inside or around hot tub. Read printed instructions included in the house manual on-site for all other directions, including adding pre-portioned chemicals after use. Misuse of the hot tub will result in a fine of $250.
7. Missing towels will be charged at $20/towel

The property was beautiful. I was a little taken aback when I realized there was no TV. But that was my fault for not verifying. Loved the deck and the view, the hot tub was amazing, and the interior of the property was excellent. It was a bit of a walk to get to the property from the parking, but the owner graciously supplied luggage carts. It is a very quiet area where relaxation is the word of the day. Highly recommended!

We decided to stay in New Braunfels for our anniversary this year. We found this place and glad we stayed. It was very quiet and peaceful. The owners/property management was extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and bird watching from the balcony.

Beautiful place to stay! Loved the small touches, jacuzzi, the bathroom was adorable.. Wi-Fi was a little spotty but it didn’t bother us. The bed was a bit short for my husband lol but he made it work lol! We would definitely come back! We wished we could stay another night!

We came to texas to see the eclipse, but made a long weekend out of it. We came across this beautiful A-frame and immediately booked it. We loved that it was central to Austin and San Antonio. After exploring busy cities all day, it was great to come back to a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with our host was quick and easy. We cannot wait to come back.
