This historic four bedroom, two bath Victorian gem is nestled in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. Carefully restored in late 2020, the home marries modern, clean design with original preserved touches throughout the two-story space.
The Space:
Perfectly situated for groups and families, downstairs features one bedroom and bathroom, with the remaining three bedrooms and one bath located upstairs. Tall, airy ceilings and exposed wooden beams are complemented by an abundance of natural light at every angle. A full-sized kitchen provides ample opportunities for at-home meal prep.
This property is street parking only. In the heart of the city, parking can be limited. Please read street signage carefully as there are parking rules and restrictions that vary street to street. Transportation is available by trolley, bus, ride share and even electric scooters in this pretty city.
This property is located in the historic Little Italy, if you are sensitive to noise staying anywhere in the Little Italy area may not be the right choice.
Additional rental contract will be sent upon confirmed reservation.

Other Things to Note:
Amenities: Basic amenities will be provided including fresh towels, clean linens, body wash, shampoo, and more. You will also have access to our washer and dryer, and they are located in the back left corner of the property. The code for the laundry area is 152.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is at your disposal. Feel free to use our cookware, utensils, and appliances as needed. *Utensils can be found by opening the cabinet to the left of the stove, there is a white drawer to pull out with the utensils! We have plenty of storage space available for groceries.
Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Pets are not allowed.
Minimum age requirement - 25 years old to reserve
CELEBRATION DECOR POLICY:
In order to protect the integrity and aesthetic of the home, celebration décor and party-style setups are not permitted on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, banners, confetti, streamers, signage, backdrops, and other decorative installations. Any unapproved décor may be subject to additional cleaning, removal, damage or replacement charges.

We had an outstanding stay. The house is a light, bright mix of Victorian classic and modern touches. It did not lose any charm in the process. The property was very much as described. 4 bedrooms, cloud like beds and spacious bathrooms. The living area was open so it let our group socialize comfortably. Little Italy has everything- open space, superb restaurants and 7-11. The noise is real. Its a busy city. That said, it did not bother us.The parking was negotiable. Spot Hero and other resources made it better, and we took the trolley often. Little Italy stop is nearby. I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location. Walking distance to so many good restaurants. House was clean and perfect for our family stay. A/C was cold and the kitchen had everything we needed to make food from the farmer’s market. Loved our stay!

So many great things to say! The house is beautifully updated with a great layout for larger groups. The beds are so comfy, and the bathrooms and kitchen are stocked. Our host Stevie was above and beyond fantastic. She was responsive and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend her and this home to anyone planning travel to San Diego.
