Perfectly situated for groups and families, the first floor features three bedrooms and two baths while the upstairs features one bedroom, one bath, and one bunk room with four original twin-size built-ins. Upstairs windows offer cityscape views overlooking the rooftops of downtown San Diego while still maintaining homey privacy. A brand-new kitchen provides ample opportunities for at-home meal prep. Soak up what San Diego is best known for on the attached outdoor deck.

This property is street parking only. In the heart of the city, parking can be limited. Please read street signage carefully as there are parking rules and restrictions that vary street to street. Transportation is available by trolley, bus, ride share and even electric scooters in this pretty city.

Amazing house for a large group celebrating birthdays! Location is in the heart of Little Italy and within walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront.

What a great location! Its only about 10 minutes from the conference center. And you can walk all around from the house to just about any kind of restaurant or bar you want. We had a great time.
