The beautiful Villa Modruna with private pool is located near the town of Crikvenica. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Spend a relaxing holiday with your family in this beautiful luxury villa near the sea with stunning panoramic views, sauna and jacuzzi.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 8 people. This is a perfect place to enjoy delicious family meals. Also on the ground floor is a large living room with a sofa. There you can sit back and relax after a nice family meal. On this floor, you can sleep well in two bedrooms with double beds. You will certainly be delighted to hear that there is a wellness area with two saunas and a whirlpool at your disposal. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive feature of this villa is the attic - an open loft with an integrated bathroom with bath and shower and a wonderful terrace with fascinating panoramic views. It invites you to enjoy the starry sky in the evening and simply relax.
