Located on the 3rd floor in the popular Sea Coast Gardens complex, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront condo has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The open living space offers beautiful views of the beach whether sitting on the comfortable full sized sleeper sofa or at the dining room table. Ceramic tile floors are throughout the kitchen and living area, and plush carpet in the two bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The handsome wood cabinets are filled with all the cookware and dishes you would need to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends.
There is a king size bed, TV and two dressers in the primary bedroom as well as a private entrance to the balcony and views of the ocean from your window. Your favorite beach items such as a cooler, beach chairs, and sand toys can be found in the primary bedroom's closet. The second bedroom is nicely furnished with two twin beds, a large dresser and bright bed linens. Both bathrooms have been updated, each with a glass enclosed shower. The guest bath also has a standard size bath tub to relax in after a day at the beach.
Don't forget to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
We happily rent to guests 25 years and older.

The condo complex is wonderful. This unit is on the very front, completely overlooking the ocean with beautiful views and no obstructions.

Location was great, condo was nice. Entry code did not work but was reset. Closest elevator was not working upon arrival. Was disappointed as the internet and cable (was hoping to watch some March Madness basketball) did not work. Got set up with internet access.

“Direct oceanfront”-yes. “Beauty”?- no way!! Condo is very VERY dated. Sofa super low and rump-sprung. Main king bed also bumpy-bottom sheet/mattress pad kept slipping off and leaving lumps under the sheet. Annoying!Twin beds need new mattresses as well….grown daughter reported she kept sliding to one side. Had to ask for extra curtains for that room…the two flimsy ones there didn’t even cover the window completely! Hall light shone in - not to mention possible “peelers”!Mgr brought two darker curtains but 3 or 4 are really needed. Advertised as beach towels provided. None to be found anywhere. Had to ask for sufficient bath towels - you should have seen the spare under the vanity….all brown stained like it was a rag for furniture polish or something! Notified Mgr and they had new towels delivered. We have stayed at this location several times before but never in this unit. The direct ocean views really didn’t make up for the shabby condition of the unit. The owners need to step up and get some updates done - asap. If I were the rental agents I would drop this property until it’s been refreshed properly. Not good advertising for the property management company. I will say that Great Oceans was always courteous and prompt to respond- but it’s a pain to have to complain.
