For your convenience there is a washer and dryer are located on the floor (about 40 feet) in the laundry room. The elevators are close (about 25 feet) too. We had a great 4 night stay. It was very clean, had an incredibly equipped kitchen, and a good view of the beach. The entire property was well-maintained with a calm, comfortable vibe. We definitely plan on staying here again.

We came down for a four day concert. "The kids" went to concert and we hung out at condo! VERY comfy and well stocked with everything you need. Property and condo were very clean and easy to get around.
