Welcome to the Eagle's Lookout Lodge in Gig Harbor! Nestled on over an acre of wooded, waterfront beauty, our charming retreat offers you a slice of the Pacific Northwest Experience with panoramic views, an expansive deck overlooking the water with a hot tub, firepit, and out door seating! With beach access just a short walk down the hill featuring a breathtaking dock and provided kayaks.

As you approach The Eagle's Lookout Lodge, you'll be greeted by the allure of a secluded wooded paradise that awaits, promising an extraordinary adventure. The home sits perched on nearly an acre of waterfront property, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an expansive deck with a firepit, BBQ, patio table, and a large hot tub.

Step inside, and you'll be immediately captivated by the immense living room, which seems to hover above the water like a treehouse, complete with ample seating, a gas fireplace and a generous 50-inch TV for your entertainment. Around the corner, a well-equipped kitchen stands ready to cater to all your culinary desires. From the kitchen a massive sliding glass door leads you to the highlight of this home, which is the 1,400 sq expansive deck that's your front-row seat to nature's spectacle! Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail from around the cozy firepit or patio table as you watch eagles gracefully glide overhead. Want even more, then rejuvenate yourself and relax in the hot tub from the deck as you take in the panoramic views of the captivating Pacific Northwest landscape. On clear days, you can even see views of Mt. Baker!

Back in the home, the main level also features a cozy dining room, a convenient bathroom, and a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and its own TV. Journey upstairs to discover three more inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a cozy king bed, serene water vistas, a private balcony with a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom. Elevated above the primary bedroom, accessible by a ladder, you'll find an additional sleeping loft area with a twin daybed and trundle, ideal for older children who can navigate such spaces with care.

Across the hall, a beautifully appointed bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom awaits (shared with another upstairs bedroom). At the end of the corridor, a spacious bedroom boasts two queen beds and yet another TV for your comfort.

For added entertainment, we've transformed the garage into a game room, featuring a ping pong table, foosball, and a kid's basketball game center!

Venture down the hillside, and you'll discover a breathtaking waterfront escape, complete with 145 feet of sandy shoreline, a sizable dock, and access to three kayaks and lifejackets for your enjoyment.

While the amenities are undoubtedly enticing, the true gem of this property is its location. Just 15 minutes away, you'll find a host of local attractions and activities waiting to enhance your stay in everything Downtown Gig Harbor has to Offer. Great spot to venture in any direction from hiking the Hood Canal, Seattle events, less than an hour to Seatac airport, and much more.

- Please note that water access on the property is down a steep pathway. Good shoes should be worn when walking the path, guests with mobility issues should have someone evaluate the trail for them before heading down. The walk back up does take some effort, but is very do-able for most!
- Kayaks and hot tub should only be used by adults. Children should never be left unattended at the waterfront, dock, or near open hot tub.
- Please keep in mind this home is a typical Pacific Northwest Home in the woods - meaning wild life is very prevalent. Caution should be taken when outside after dark; although we do our best to keep them outside - spiders and insects should be expected on the property! You also should expect to see sites of families of deer, eagle's soaring, and sea lions lounging on the dock!

Campfire Notice:
Kitsap County often enforces seasonal burn bans during dry summer months to prevent wildfires. These must be strictly followed, and wood-burning campfires aren’t permitted during active burn bans. Propane fire tables are still permitted. While we understand this may be inconvenient, refunds or discounts can’t be offered due to these Local and State protocols.
