Sitting on an amazingly landscaped & gated 1 acre lot with fruit trees, lush flowers & the largest sequoia tree in western WA. Ocean views throughout the estate, two blocks from the marina, beach & downtwn. The home has 4 beds and 3 bths, huge chefs kitchen, formal dining, wet bar plus living room & den. A large home to make wonderful memories !

This was a great location! We enjoyed the charm of the older house. We had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving together. And we loved having the hot tub to relax in.

A wonderfully big home perfect for our multigenerational family. We arrived the day before the winter freeze of Dec 2022. James was very thoughtful about raising the temp in the house so we were comfortable. Excellent communication with James all along. The house was even decorating for Christmas with a lighted tree and ornaments and wreath. Very welcoming. Would stay again.
