This immaculate, roomy and newly remodeled Sun City home has been furnished with new appliances, new furniture, a 50” smart TV and has well-stocked bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.

Sun City is a 55+ retirement community. At least one guest must be 55 or older. A government issued ID is required, prior to check-in, to verify age.

The 1710 sqft home includes enhanced security with smart lock system and no contact check-in and check-out. The recently remodeled interior also includes a super comfy king bed in the master bedroom, an equally comfortable queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a brand new washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen including spices, gadgets, cook ware, dining ware and a brand new refrigerator. Everything you need to be at home while away from home!
Important Notes
-To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features exterior security cameras and an Arlo doorbell. There are no interior cameras.
-Although our cleaning staff takes every precaution to provide a clean environment for each of our guests, we assume no responsibility in the event that you or your guests contract Covid-19 during your stay at our home.
-This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.
-Pets, of all shapes and sizes, are prohibited and may result in a termination of the booking without refund. Three propane tanks have been provided, however; supply of the propane is your responsibility.
-The thermostats have been set to maintain the house between 68 and 75 F.

We enjoyed our week at this conveniently located, comfortable, quiet, and clean home while we were house hunting ourselves in Sun City. Even though it was HOT during our visit, we were able to take advantage of the outside patio area with a nice variety of seating options in the early mornings, something guests at other times of the year will really appreciate. The home was nicely supplied with basic toiletries and kitchen necessities (spices, dish soap, etc) and had a complete "Guest Instructions" manual that was helpful for guidance in everything we needed to do there. Would stay again--but won't need to, as our house hunt was successful!

The house was clean, spacious and very nice, just as it was pictured in the listing.The listing indicated at least one person in the party must be 55 or over. No problem since I am 61. The manager texted me immediately woth checkin instructions which stated I MUST show my drivers license to the Ring doorbell camera upon arrival. Had I known this, I would have not booked here. This is in no way a secure connection for sharing personal info and an invitation to identity theft. I asked the manager, via SMS text if I could send a photo of my license, but she refused.Upon arrival, the Nest thermostat could not be set below 73. The listing states the thermostat is locked between 68 and 75. 68 is likely only an option in the winter.With the thermostat in the living room set at 73 at night, the master bedroom was 78-80. I know this because I bought a thermometer to check it. I slept on top of the covers and did not get a good night’s sleep any of the four nights.The guest bath tub dripped continuously during my stay. With the door closed, it wasn’t too bad.This place is probably great 8-9 months out of the year. If you live out there, 78 might be fine for sleeping, but not for me.
