Southwinds E-5 is conveniently located on the first floor, but still has a small ocean view. Great for families with easy access to the beach and pools. One pool is located behind this building so you can see it from the deck, this is a great unit for family with kids!
Completely renovated. Immaculate condition. 2 bedrooms, 2 full big bathrooms. 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds - sleeps 6. Full kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, glass top stove, refrigerator, new front loading washer/dryer. High speed WiFi access for entire complex including the pools. 40" HD TV, Blu-Ray player and Roku in Living Room. 32" HD TV and Roku in main bedroom.
Southwinds is a family friendly ocean front condominium complex with private beach access, two swimming pools, grills, and gazebo. It is a short drive down the road or a short walk down the beach to get to Fort Macon State Park.
Includes bedroom linens and bath towels. Family friendly and great for kids in the summer. In the Spring/Fall, great for romantic getaways and slow relaxing.
NOTE: No Elevators at Southwinds
No smoking and no pets!
Southwinds does not allow trailers or boats to be parked here. Call Triple S Marina, just down the road, for daily boat storage.

Family friendly and a great quick stay. The master didn’t cool as quickly as the other parts of the condo so I switched to the bunk room. Checkin and keys were easy. Nice pool super close. Beach easily walkable!

The grand kids loved the pool. It was outside our condo. However, the ocean was a long distance away and we actually had to drive and park to get close enough. The host had plenty of supplies for us to use, however we actually brought our own. He was fantastic and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. I just wish we could have met him to thank him personally for everything .

This was a lovely place for my very first getaway on my own. This was my first time staying in this particular place, but hopefully it won’t be my last. It was a very nice condo and exceptionally clean. It had a very cozy home away from home feel, I had everything I needed and felt very safe being there by myself. The host was very responsive and helpful. It’s very close to many nice restaurants, many within walking distance and has access to on property pools. It has private beach access which is definitely a plus and is within walking distance to Fort Macon which is one of my favorite beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway.

It was neither ocean front or ocean view..very disappointing. But the condo was clean and comfortable
