Welcome to “Seas The Day” - our upscale 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom beach home in Blue Mountain Beach.
LOCATION:
Perched on the hill within the beautiful Highland Parks neighborhood, this elegantly-designed beach home is a short walk to the large community pool and hot tub, while also being just a mile from the two closest public beach access points (Blue Mountain and Gulfview Heights). The home is in close proximity to some of the best dining that the 30A has to offer, including Mimmo's, Basmati's, and Red Fish Taco.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
No expense has been spared in bringing luxury to your beach vacation with our home. It has been meticulously curated to offer the perfect space to entertain while enjoying a superb beach getaway. The home's entryway offers a great relaxation spot with its deep porch and pair of very comfortable glide rockers. The main floor of the home offers a spacious living/dining/kitchen space as well as a stylish office nook with dedicated seating and lighting, and a first-floor powder room.
The dining area hosts seating for eight for more formal occasions, while the large, L-shaped kitchen island hosts an additional six seats at the wrap-around breakfast bar.
The kitchen is built for guests who enjoy cooking, replete with upgraded appliances and utensils throughout. There is plentiful crockery and kitchenware, as well as serving platters and plates, a wall-mounted pot filler, a gas range, a dual coffee maker, and a large walk-in pantry. The kitchen also offers kid's dinnerware.
The roomy living area has plenty of comfortable seating as well as a brand-new, 75-inch smart TV - perfect for movie nights or gathering for the big game. The living room cabinet also holds family board games should you wish to enjoy them.
Just off the home's living room is access to the home's covered and screened-in back porch, complete with smart TV, seating, and access out to the home's backyard. The backyard is a great gathering spot, sporting a fire pit, seating for six, fairy lights hung overhead, and a premium gas grill.
Heading upstairs, the second floor is comprised of four generously-sized bedrooms all with king beds. Bedroom one offers an additional workspace area with an electronic, height-adjustable desk. Bedroom two comes with a full, private en suite. Heading down the hallway past bedroom three and an additional full bathroom is the laundry room, which comes with built-in cabinet space and premium, full-size washer and dryers.
Past the laundry room is the home's master bedroom, comprised of a massive living quarter with an additional day bed and private, screened-in back porch with seating. The master bathroom is equally large, with a walk-in rain shower, double vanity, and bathtub. Just off the bathroom is a large walk-in closet available for guest use.
The home comes with an upgraded Wi-Fi package, custom plantation shutters throughout, as well as Smart TVs in every bedroom. The home's TVs are all connected to the home's premium streaming package, which is offered by YouTube TV so you can watch all your favorite local channels and sporting events.
AMENITIES:
The home provides a brand-new, six-seater Club Car electric golf cart, plenty of beach gear (beach chairs, beach toys, a skim board, and body boards, a beach wagon, etc.), an outdoor shower, towels (excluding beach towels), hair dryers, fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils.
The home can accommodate up to three cars on the driveway, and an additional car in the garage next to the golf cart. The garage also hosts four beach bikes, which are available for guest use as well as an additional fridge/freezer if you need additional space to hold drinks and snacks for heading out to the beach.
The community pool comes with a waterfall and is seasonally heated. There is also a hot tub, gazebo, community dining and grilling Area, and 360-observation tower.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
The community does not allow street parking.
Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.

We had another wonderful stay at Seas the Day. This stay was a long one, so we felt right at home. We absolutely LOVE the house and now feel almost like we're part of the community because we've been so many times. The house is in perfect condition and so well loved and maintained. We had everything we needed and even used the bikes this time! We had a couple of issues with the garage doors, the toilet and the tv - however nothing that had a substantial impact on our stay. Communication was a little more delayed than it has been in the past but all of our questions were answered and all of our issues were resolved. We love working with Jake and the team! They take great care of us. Until next time! Can't wait to come back and stay in our dream house.

We just love coming "home" to this gorgeous house. It's just perfect in every way. Beautifully maintained, great neighborhood and location, complete with all the bells and whistles you would need for the perfect beach house.The Coast team is very responsive to questions and immediately addresses all issues no matter how minor. We felt very well taken care of! We'll be back in a few months for our 4th stay! Can't wait!

We loved our stay at Seas the Day! This property is absolutely stunning and has everything you would need for an amazing vacation! You can tell the house is meticulously maintained and Coast takes great pride in their properties. Coast was extremely responsive to all of my messages and questions regarding the property up to the time of our vacation. Arrival instructions were also extremely easy to follow. Easy in and out with the keypad on the front door.
The description of the house was also spot on! The house was extremely spacious for our group of 7. The kitchen has all the utensils and gadgets to enjoy anything you would want at home. The house also had a lot of beach and pool toys to enjoy and of course, the golf cart was a huge hit. We would definitely stay here again and will for sure utilize Coast Properties for our next visit.
