There were 10 of us and we stayed here comfortably!! The home is beautiful. We did a lot of our own cooking and we had what we needed to make and serve the meals. The neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of beach accessories and bikes to use. The area was fun and plenty to do. It was very busy when we went which is to be expected this time of year. So be prepared to wait in line at things.
