A stunning gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, a Sub-Zero Fridge, and plenty of space for all to gather. A full-size freezer is in the laundry area. A beautiful dining table seats 6 guests with additional seating for 4 at the island. If dining al fresco is what your party wants, then an outdoor table is available in the screened in lanai and seats 6 guests. Vaulted ceilings throughout the main living areas make the space feel light and airy. The living room features a beautiful sectional to relax on after a full day in the sun. An oversized master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and large his and hers closets. The en suite includes double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads. The other two guest bedrooms feature queen beds, with a sleeper sofa in the downstairs this home sleeps 8 comfortably. Downstairs there is an additional living area that is perfect for kids and features a ping pong table. The only interior access between the floors is by an inside elevator.
Stepping into the backyard an over-sized heated pool with volleyball net takes the spotlight. Also included in the yard, guests will find plenty of lounge chairs, a tiki hut, and gas grill. The house is beautiful, all top of the line appliances, great amenities and in a very quiet neighborhood. This property had everything we needed to have awesome pool days, family dinners and just overall quality time for my faily. The property is centrally located to everything you need, publix, restaurants, beaches great state parks and Sanibel island. We would definitely stay at this property or really any sun palace location.

Property was excellent with nice furnishings and great amenities. Our only issue was the WiFi. We were given a password and it would not work. All 6 of us in our party tried it and all got the same incorrect password notice. I messaged the property manager and they responded the next day with a repeat of the bad password. I responded that we tried that password and that it was incorrect. Never heard another word from them! We found the router and shut it down and re-started it hoping that would reset everything and then we would be good. That did not work either. We were forced to use our cell phones to create a hotspot and run our laptops off of that. Made it very inconvenient for 3 of us who were on a "working vacation". I would stay here again, but I would require the property manager to be there upon check-in to make sure the WiFi password worked.
