This stand alone Beach Club Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront accommodation on Seabrook Island with breathtaking Atlantic coastal river and ocean views. Unit has 2 large decks on 2 floors overlooking the ocean with private walkway to the beach, with many large windows, and an open living area. Enjoy oceanfront living on your own private deck with views overlooking Seabrook Island’s most beautiful beaches.
The villa is just adjacent to the country club and pools. This great villa is a convenient walk to all. You will enjoy water views and access to all of Seabrook Island's amenities. Beach Club is conveniently located on the beach where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River. Step outside and its a short stroll down the boardwalk to put your feet in the sand and warm ocean waters.
Two master bedroom suites offer stunning unobstructed views of the ocean, river, and dunes. Sit on your back porch and watch the dolphins, and the sky turn bright orange as the sun sets over the ocean and river. Take a short walk on the beach to the Seabrook Island Club's pools and Oceanfront Restaurant. This villa is in the perfect private location.
It is bright and airy, and has light soft colors that compliment the view of the ocean and dunes beyond. The main living area has high ceilings and comfortable furnishings making it easy to relax with your guests while sharing stories or watching a show on complimentary Netflix, DVD, or full cable access on the 2 HDTVs.
There is a dining table that seats six. The kitchen is close by and has been beautifully remodeled. It features white cabinetry, light quartz counters and top of line new stainless steel appliances. Access the deck overlooking the water from either the living room or kitchen. Barbecue on the gas grill, relax on the outdoor furniture, or enjoy a cool drink while watching the shrimp boats leisurely sail by.
Also on the first floor is a conveniently located laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, and two bedrooms, each with an en suite bath.
Amenity cards give you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, and are available for a nominal fee. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The quoted rate is for an average party of 4 and is subject to a nightly surcharge for additional people.

Such a beautiful view, being able to enjoy the outdoor deck was great as we had coffee each morning out there enjoying the quiet and the deer walking by along with the dolphin watching. Easy walking distance to the beach club.

Everything went as smooth as possible and the property is excellent, especially the location and the VIEW!!!!

The view and location were great. We had a couple of issues, there were no working exhaust fans all 3 bathrooms didn't work. There was a lot of dog hair on the couches, we ended up putting blankets over them. My wife told them about the couches, they said have dinner on us and there was no further communication.
