2375 High Hammock Rd is a spacious private home located in the heart of Seabrook Island, offering views of the tranquil marsh for ultimate relaxation. This home is nestled on the Ocean Winds golf course, just an easy walk to the beach. For added luxury and convenience, Seabrook Island Club amenity cards are included with your stay!
The open living area boasts vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, comfortable sofa seating for the whole family, and a flat screen TV above the custom fireplace to watch your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors lead out to the private deck with sun chairs. For morning coffee or evening refreshments, you can sit back and relax with the sound of ocean waves in the distance.
The gourmet kitchen offers high-end appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything you need to make a meal right from home. A breakfast nook is also located in the kitchen, offering seating for four and easy access to the private deck through sliding glass doors. The formal dining area is also located off the kitchen and living area, offering seating for eight and an additional living area on the screened porch located just outside the sliding glass doors with stunning marsh views.
There is also a gas grill located on the lower level deck for family cookouts and evenings spent enjoying island-style food right from home with a view!
The den located off the kitchen offers sofa seating and a flat screen TV, perfect for teens or additional family members to watch their own shows, as well as a convenient sofa bed for 2 additional guests. Another sliding glass door is located off this living area, providing convenient access to the private deck with comfortable outdoor chairs. A third smaller living area is also available with a flat screen TV and sofa, perfect for little ones!
A laundry room is located on the first level with a sink and convenient washer and dryer set so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores!
This spacious High Hammock home offers 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom is located on the upper level, offering a King size bed, a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub, and access to the private deck. The first guest bedroom is also located on the upper level, offering a bunk bed with a Twin size bed on top and a Full size bed on the bottom, as well as a pull-out trundle. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. The third guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed and shares a full bathroom with the second guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom offers another Queen size bed.
Located just outside is an enclosed outdoor shower, the perfect spot to rinse off after a long day at the beach!

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.
Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach.
Pet Policy: TWO (2) dogs are permitted at this property, up to 70 lbs. each. An additional pet fee of $250 applies per pet per week.

It’s a decent house. One of the “bedrooms” is basically a little hallway cove and didn’t have a door on it. Close to the beach. Screened in porch was nice. Big comfy couch.

Have been visiting SBI form many years. First time in this house. It's a great house for family and friends. The room sizes are spacious and house is very clean. Enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch and feeling at ease for our dog who also loved sitting out on the outdoor porch. Plenty of gates up for small children or a pets to be contained. The trees on the property are breathtaking. House felt very cozy and gave a nice relaxed beach house feel. House just a short bike ride to the beach. Would rent this house again.
