Our condo is located on the 3rd floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite. . The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen tv and bookcase with kids games.The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, and pantry loaded with kitchen essentials. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.

Return customer for this unit two years now. Still the best condo experience hands down. Tons of amenities provided. So much convenience in one place. Great location. No commute Walk out to the beach. Feels like a home not just a place to stay. Host is very thoughtful with what is provided. If unit is available we will return again.

First off, and most importantly, you could not beat the view of this property: 3rd floor, right in the middle of the building with a perfect view out over the pool and best of all, out over the beach and Gulf of America. Second, the owner included a number of really nice "extras" that we haven't always gotten at our other stays at SPI. They included beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, beach toys and a wagon to haul everything. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The unit is very conveniently located to the elevator (if needed), to the pool and then an easy two minute walk to the beach. The host was very responsive leading up to the rental period as well as the day we checked in.Some very small, minor things that, if fixed or improved, would really help. It would be nice to have a laminated instruction guide on using the living room TV. When we got there, there were literally five remotes to choose from, some of which appeared broken and one without batteries. We finally were able to figure it out but we were anxious to watch the World Cup and were a little frustrated trying to get it working. Other than that, it appears they may be doing some remodeling because there were a number of walls in various rooms that needed patching, caulking and painting.Overall, just a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again.
