Morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!! These two views are yours to enjoy while being our guest at our beach front home located in sunny South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite. . The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen tv and bookcase with kids games.The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, and pantry loaded with kitchen essentials. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.

Great condo, a lot of small details, little things that made our stay excellent. For example, door hinges don't squeak. Lived the location, accessible to everything on foot: Karma offer and books, island amusement park, etc. Fantastic views from the windows and the balcony. Super easy to get to the Beach.

We truly enjoyed our SPI vacation. The condo had a perfect view, was clean, stocked well, and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again, Thanks!

The place was nice and easy to get into, no waiting. It didn’t feel like the floors were swept before we got there. There was a small pile of sand in the master bedroom. When having questions or issues the owner was very quick with response.
