2 bedroom accommodation in Llanfair, near Harlech

We have just got back from staying in this gorgeous cottage for a week. This is one of the best places and cottages I have stayed in and we go away for short breaks alot. Firstly the location is just breathtaking. The views are stunning and the town and beach are 1 mile away and have everything you need. On a clear day it's just amazing to see Snowdon. There is so much to do in the area for families and very dog friendly to. We explored so much with recommendations from the hosts. Alot of the tourist attractions don't open till End of March but still plenty to do with walks and gorgeous beaches. The property I can't fault. We were greeted by such lovely hosts who had already lit the fire for us and left us some lovely treats including treats for the dog. The hosts were so lovely showing us around and telling us everything we needed to know including places to visit locally which we really appreciated. The cottage was very well set out, very spacious and cosy. The hosts have really thought about every detail between including toilet paper, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of logs and kindling that lasted us all week and soft towels. The decor is lovely and it has a great shower and a good bath. Bedrooms great size and comfortable. There is a cupboard full of books and games which my son loved and a big TV in the living room right near the gorgeous log burner. The hosts really were so lovely to us and even let my son ride on the quad bike up the path which he loved. This cottage is in such a peaceful, quiet area all we heard was sheep and the wind. There were people stationed door but we didn't hear them once. I recommend visiting black rock sands beach which you can drive on and visiting the town of Barmouth. There are plenty of leaflets in the cottage as well giving you lots of ideas. .we really loved this place and would definitely recommend it and if we were ever visiting again would 100% stay here again. An absolutely lovely cottage and a very welcoming host. Everything we could have needed for a well needed break. The weather wasn't great because a storm came in just as we arrived so it was especially important that the cottage was as well equipped, decorated and spacious as it was. All the nice touches were there two. A bottle of wine, bara birth and Welsh cakes and all the basic supplies you'd want like coffee, tea, sugar, milk and a variety of spices for cooking. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Lovely cottage up in the hills from a small village called Harlech that is just wonderful. Beautiful beach nearby also. The views from the cottage were absolutley beautiful. Lots of sheep around. Lovely to wake up there and open the blinds. We arrived to a very welcoming and helpful owner who had bought us local treats from the town including Welsh cakes and chocolates. Clean, comfy and tidy. Lots of board games to choose from and movies on Netflix. We had an amazing time! Thank you.
