Large Farmhouse with large outdoor space for activities. Cozy rooms, patio and covered porch all around the home. Log home with all wood interiors and exteriors. 5 Minutes to North Lake Mall, Interstate I-85, 77 and I-485 loop. Pool table, Jetted Tub, kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliance. Cabin and log house living close to center city with nature, green pasture feels like mountain living. Sleeps 10+ people with plenty of common space, dining area, breakfast, living, game room, basement, high ceiling and foyer. Privacy and away from hustle and bustle of city.

Overall the house was amazing! Location was great! Host was very responsive throughout the whole process. Even in the beginning when I was asking about the area, how far certain places were from the hosue. There was more than enough room for the amount of people in our family of 50, inside and out. The temperature dropped on Thanksgiving, so we had to fit everyone inside. It would have been nice to have a TV in the living room to watch the football game. Disliked the kitchen, it was very small for that size house, a great addition could possibly be putting in an island. It did the job, but with all the food we had to cook, it took a bit longer. The outside outlets were blocked which we noticed on the day of the event. There were bees and ants on the windows in the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Other than that, I would definitely rent again for a future function.

Overall we had a decent stay here. The house is on a beautiful piece of property and very convenient to everything in Huntersville and Charlotte! We saw deer every day and it was very serene. We needed somewhere to have our usual routine and we found certain things about the property challenging. There was only one tv and it was in the basement, and there weren’t any window treatments on the back of the house (living room/ kitchen). There aren’t any homes behind the property so it’s not a big deal but made us a little uncomfortable. The house has everything you need for basic cooking. It seemed as though the house had been empty for a while because there were wasps (the property manager treated the first day but there were still more), ladybugs and stink bugs. Again, not a big deal. Overall cool spot and would be good for an event or group!
