Sumptuous entrance, solid oak parquet d’Arenberg, wardrobe, armchairs.
Full equipped kitchen, Whirlpool household appliances, solid wood table and 4 design chairs, Americain fridge Samsung 2 doors.
Living room with high ceiling, canapé Flexiform, desktop, 3 high windows upon the private yard, design white table with 8 upholstered chairs, library; false fireplace with hidden TV, HiFi system.
Bedroom with king size bed, dressing, bathroom (WC and Italian shower). Second bedroom with double Murphy bed and mezzanine with double futon, bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and WC.
Parking underground.
Illimited WiFi.
IMPORTANT: we look mainly for french "BAIL MOBILITE".
That includes temporary occupants who have to move for certain professional or training reasons. It concerns tenants :
- on a professional transfer ;
- on temporary assignment as part of their professional activity
- who are in higher education;
- who are undergoing professional training;
- on an apprenticeship contract;
- on an internship;
- who are on a voluntary commitment as part of a civic service.

Our stay in Saint Paul, at this breathtaking flat - was nothing short of magical. I never wanted to leave!! Everything about the apartment and area exceeded expectations. I’m hoping to come back again and have invited all my friends to do the same!

We had a great stay at the unit. It had all amenities, great location and huge and beautiful space. We will definitely rent again when in Paris. Rocco and the guardian of the complex were very attentive to our needs and very helpful and responsive.
