About this lodge
Pre-war two-bedroom, two-bath bungalow fully remodeled on Hospital Hill, ¾ mile to Historic Downtown Flagstaff (15-minute walk), ¼ mile to the grocery store (5-minute walk), NAU 1 ¼ miles (25-minute walk) and steps to the Flagstaff Medical Center.
This 1939 home has porcelain plank floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. It has a fenced yard and a BBQ. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs with streaming WiFi connections. The home has a thick, acoustically insulated common wall with the adjacent Carriage House.
This pre-war single-level home features two bedrooms - the master roughly 14' x 12' with two nightstands (with reading lamps) and a dresser. Both bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download speed and 40 Mbps upload speed.
The great room is comfortable and features a breakfast bar that doubles as a workspace. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with speedy streaming WiFi access. The fireplace is electric.
One bedroom has a tub/shower bath combination, vanity, and one piece Kohler lav. There is also a full hall bath with tub/shower combination, vanity, and one-piece Kohler toilet, which serves the second bedroom. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers.
The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, built-in microwave, and French door refrigerator.
There is a fenced yard and BBQ just outside the fence. ONE STANDARD SIZE PARKING SPACE (10' x 20') is in front of the house (there is no access to the garage, which is another rental unit) and additional street parking is available. There is room for a standard-size car or truck. RVs, sprinter vans, and extended trucks will not fit.
We love QUIET dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs. We’re sorry – no cats due to allergies.

Clean and comfy place to stay. It is close to downtown and the university without being too close. Dog friendly and quick to reply to any questions. Would recommend.

Kitchen amenities we're a little on the light side, silverware, pots & pans, etc. The blinds don't work in the main bedroom which causes us to use a blanket to keep the light out.
