My family stayed at 303 BnB following a road trip around Grand Canyon and Page. We had been looking for a comfortable landing spot after so much travel, and 303 BnB delivered that and so much more. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The extra amenities such as the game room and provided breakfast left us feeling re-energized and taken care of. I'd recommend this BnB to anyone in the area!

Lovely BnB in a large house in residential area of Flagstaff. The owners/managers thought of every detail and gave helpful and specific directions for everything from parking to restaurant recommendations to working the TV and keeping compliant with the International Dark Sky designation of this town. Owners provided coffee and tea in room plus utensils, paper palates, and even umbrellas in case of rain! The breakfast was fresh, homemade and delicious -- they were very accomodating and even shared the recipe. We didn't have time to play pool or use their gym but those were pluses as well. Our suite was super comfortable and quiet, in the back and off the street.
Despite the directions for working the TV we couldn't get it to broadcast the channels/streaming services so we just used the screen mirroring and watched YouTube. Other streaming services we subscribe were not allowed to screen mirror on that TV.
