Everything you might need is either there already, or the owners next door will provide it. A perfect base for exploring the Perth countryside, or just the historic connection of Beatrix Potter; or just to watch from a window a red squirrel feeding. You're hardly more than a stone's throw from the A9, and yet you don't hear the traffic.

Only negative was conservatory needed a lick of paint.Also toilet seat underneath was disgusting discoloured and bath plug hole full of hairs- gross.lovely welcoming couple
