Fuente del Baden - Villa Flores
An exceptionally beautiful, newly refurbished to a high standard, fully air conditioned authentic Spanish villa, with wonderful views of an old Roman pathway amidst green countryside, meandering down to the beach and the blue Mediterranean. The view of the Roman pathway includes an amazingly picturesque protected area, directly behind the Villa giving wonderful and fresh uninterrupted views of the Nerja countryside. All this, yet still within 25 minutes easy walking distance to the town and beach, and just 5 minutes drive. The villa has everything anyone could wish for, including lots of space, and a beautiful garden and good sized very private salt water pool, in a truly fantastic setting. At night time, the pool is lit from within, and the delightfully furnished outside space around it, provides a wonderful oasis of cool on the adjacent terraces - perfect for dining, relaxing with a refreshing drink, and of course, in the daytime, this area provides a wonderful secluded place perfect for topping up a tan! Villa Flores invites you in, and thereafter, it is difficult to leave this truly lovely Spanish home.
The villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds
One of them with a bathroom en suite.
There are in total 3 bathrooms in the house.
The house is set for 8 persons.
The house has just been renovated with a new relocated kitchen completed 1st of June 2016
Air conditioning is fitted throughout the Villa.
The kitchen has been moved to the ground floor perfect for al fresco dining.
The kitchen contains the following new white goods:
Washing machine, dishwasher and an American fridge and new kitchen furniture throughout.
The pool has been updated to a salt-water heated pool which will be fully functional throughout the winter months. The pool heating is available for an extra fee.
Garden furniture has been purchased to seat 10 persons.
Dining table for 8 - 12 persons. Lounge set for 8 persons, 8 sunbeds are provided incl. mattresses.
A Weber gas grill has beenprovided; perfect for al fresco dining on this beautiful terraced area which is also equipped with with a log fire for the cooler winter evenings.
There is an internet connection in the house which is included in the rental price

Nice property in the midst of being modernised , very well equipped , one of the four bedrooms is quite small but if the weather is good ( which it generally is ) you will be spending your time out doors and that is where the house comes into its own . Very spacious and enough room for everyone with different areas . The pool is a nice size and great for playing in or just relaxing . The house is situated on the outskirts of town and the timings to get into town are accurate but that is due to it being downhill ( which we knew ) coming back is a trek but taxis are relatively cheap . Overall a great family home that internally could do with a bit more modernisation but still value for money

Pros: We all had a fantastic holiday in Nerja and the villa was superb in every way.Helle are host could not have been more accomodating than she was.On the first day she even picked us up from the supermarket which was very kind of her.The setting of the villa is very tranquil and totally relaxing but still within a 20 minute walk in to the town or an 8 euros taxi ride.We all would really recommend this villa to everyone and once again a big thank you to Helle and hope to see you again.

Pros: Fint och trevligt hus. Reste med en liten 1åring och huset var inte så bra anpassat till så litet barn. Men förutom det så var huset helt perfekt för oss nio personer som bodde där.

Pros: Het huis is erg proper. Kamers en badkamers waren in orde. Een kamer was wel zeer klein dus viel wat tegen. De keuken is zeer modern en goed uitgerust.
