The villa "Group Villa 14 Pool beach 10 minutes" is located in Frigiliana and offers beautiful sea views, just 7 km away. The 290 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms—5 of them ensuite. All rooms are doubles, allowing you to choose between two single beds or one 180 cm double bed. Up to two extra beds, as well as 2 high chairs and 2 cots, are available on request for an extra fee.
The villa offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating in 5 rooms, fans in the other 2, wood-burning stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, all small appliances, and Smart TV.
Outside, you’ll find a private area with pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. There’s also an outdoor dining area and a ping pong table.
There are 7 parking spaces available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. The property has step-free access, no architectural barriers, and a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with bathroom.

Pros: I am familiar with the area and was interested in renting a large villa to celebrate my 60th birthday.Alqueria del duende appeared to tick all the boxes for me.Its located in beautiful countryside with views to the mountains and sea and was very peaceful.The villa exceeded my expectations and the website as well depicted as it is does not do it justice.The areas around and within the villa ensured that we had our own space if required.We were a party of 14 adult family ranging in ages 30 to 59.We had a fantastic week.Made good use of barbi and pool.

Pros: This house is in a stunning location- with spectacular views of Frigiliana, the countryside and down to the sea. The gardens are really beautiful, dotted around are peaceful seating areas where you can sit quietly and take in the different views.
Our family of 8 adults and 5 young children loved the pool. All the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. It has easy access to Nerja with good beaches and supermarkets and lots on offer for young people.
Booking was simple and Emilia and Manuel were easy to communicate with in English or Spanish! The house and gardens are loved and maintained by them and they were eager to help and ensure we enjoyed our holiday. We all agreed that we had a fabulous week- thank you.

Pros: Alqueria del Duende is a magnificent house. We came down from Denmark and gathered our entire family - my mother aged 83 years and our 4 grown children with their boyfriends/girlfriends - 3 generations :-) The house was a perfect choice allowing all our children to have their "own" apartment. We stayed with my mother in the main house. We enjoyed the grill area, the pool, the terrasse with the magnificent view ... The kitchen was well equipped. It was a great place to bring everyone together. Emilia was also very helpful with guidance regarding choice of restaurants, beaches, things to see, etc. We would love to come back.

Pros: « Our holidays were at the beginning of June 2019 and
we enjoyed a wonderful week in this house, our 14 people group including three children was very comfortable in seven bedrooms (five with ensuite bathroom)
Well mattress and towels !
The pool is large and clean, with sum beds ,surrounded by lawn and garden and the barbecue brought us all in unforgettable moments, while some family members played Ping pong.
The beach is 8 minutes driving.
From the first contact the whole process was easy and Emilia was always able to help us in our doubts.
I recommend this property for families and friends groups . Thank you ! “
