About this house rental
Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect setting for relaxing, entertaining or family reunions. Relax by the pool or take an invigorating walk in Bidwell Park, only 2 blocks away. We are centrally located, get anywhere in under 10 minutes, close to downtown Chico.
The space
Master Bedroom: Cal King bed, Tempur-Pedic topper
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Full bed
Bedroom 4: Full bed
We have two full bathrooms. Hallway bath has a shower and master bath has a shower and separate tub.
There are two dedicated and spacious patios that can be used for BBQing or entertaining. Or just enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor fire.
*There are two other ADU’s on this property. The back units will share the pool access when occupied.*
Wireless Internet, Dining table seats up to 12, Up to date kitchen, In house washer and dryer, large back patio, BBQ, Pool, fenced yard.

This is a multi resident property. The house and parking are private, but parts of the backyard and pool are shared with the two back units.
We do not have a garbage disposal or TV in the common area.

We had a great experience with this host. Very communicative and friendly, and the check in process was super easy. It’s mentioned clearly in the listing, but be aware that the backyard and pool area are indeed “shared.” There were people in both residences during our time there, one of which seemed to be long term residents. We didn’t have any issues, but might be a consideration of privacy is a priority. Other than that the house was in great shape and suited our group well.

The house is nicely furnished and updated. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the park. The backyard is lovely but be aware that it is shared with two ADUs and we could see other people in the yard during our stay.
