Plum Cottage is a comfortable cottage for five guests, ideal for families and just 10 miles from Skegness.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed. Oil central heating (£30 charge payable to owner, October -March), electricity, bed linen included. Stairgate. Laundry room with washing machine and freezer (Shared). Enclosed Patio and lawned garden (not shared). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fishing lake in the fenced paddock 330 yards away. No electric vehicle charging.. Lovely cosy cottage, would recommend it for a relaxing break with the amenities of nearby Skegness if something livelier is required. Tara (our dog) enjoyed the walks in the area including the grounds of nearby Gunby House.

Ideal for the four of us who were cycling in the area and on The Wolds.
The cottage was clean and comfortable. Patio area was good for breakfasts and drinks after cycling 40+ miles each day. Only observation that was a bit off was the battle with the grill and hot plates but we soon mastered that.
