About this apartment rental
Enjoy your vacation at this luxury condo in the Bayfront community of Sunset Island! Whether relaxing in the condo or lounging at the private bayside beach, you will have plenty of fun! The community offers many amenities: an outdoor and indoor pool, workout facility, clubhouse, and much more! With accommodation for up to 8 guests, everyone will find their own space to relax and enjoy themselves. And the ocean is just two blocks away! *FREE Linen and Towel Package* Delivered on arrival day.

Keys will be picked up four minutes away at the local management office. Me and my team are available to assist you during your stay.

All packages are issued with six facility passes with the option to purchase two additional facility passes for the length of the reservation. ($75.00 per pass) * Each guest four years of age and older must scan a pass to enter and exit.
Also included are two parking permits: one assigned garage space (orange tag) and one clamshell street space (blue tag). *There is free side-street parking on 67th Street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots.
2026 Facility Package Prices (payable at the onsite clubhouse upon arrival)
- Winter (1/1/26 - 4/3/26, and 10/1/26 - 12/31/26) = $90.
- Spring (5/1/26 - 5/23/26) and Fall (9/13/26 - 9/30/26) = $125.
- Summer Season (5/24/26 - 9/12/26) = $165.
*A pass is required per person to access any of the facilities: Indoor pool, Outdoor pool, Baby pool, & Pool deck (even if they don’t plan to swim), Fitness center, and Library.
*Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use the pools or fitness center without being accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
*The beaches, cafe, and market do not require facility passes.

The neighborhood and the condo was great. The only thing is we didn’t like is the fact we had to go to two places to get the things we needed to stay there. That was New. We didn’t have that before.

This was an amazing place to stay. Great for families. The place was really clean. Was extremely happy with condo and all the facilities. I would say the only negative was it’s 2 blocks from beach and it’s not convenient with young children.

We loved this place! Always love Sunset Island. We’ve been there a number of times now. My only suggestion for this place would be a few extras. Nice coffee mugs, spices, some start up toilet paper, garbage bags…those kind of things. But other than that, it was a very nice, clean, place and a great location.
