This spacious floor plan allows everyone their own space to enjoy every aspect of this home. Downstairs offers an open floor plan for your living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and private bedroom with 2 queen beds with an ensuite bath. The kitchen is equipped with a table that will accommodate 8 and an additional 3 at the bar. Also, enjoy the walkout from the Kitchen to a covered patio where you can enjoy the ocean breeze or lounge in the pool listening to the waves.
Upstairs offers a sitting area where you can enjoy the entertainment of TV or enjoy your ocean view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that share a hall bath. The third bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath. Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath with an Ocean view and a private entry to the oceanfront balcony.
Coastal Dream allows you access to a 1 car garage, outdoor shower, and oceanfront pool with a private boardwalk to the ocean.

Great beachfront home with lots of room and our bunch enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well as the private boardwalk down to the beach. My kids already want to go back!

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. The location was excellent and the beach very private. The pool was an added bonus! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.
