Great location and accommodations. Challenges:Check in info stated that “storage keys” and “information packet” would be in the unit. Neither were so I sent a question in to the mgt co - no response on the keys - packet isn’t used anymore Washer and dryer closet were locked in both unitsCeiling fan in one unit didn’t work Fire alarm went off for no reason

We came to Fernandina Beach for our family vacation and found this to be THE most amazing house! We had three beaches within a mile or so from us, one where we could drive right onto the beach with all of our chairs, toys and coolers, one where we could fish and just relax, and one where we could play volleyball or have food and drinks on a patio. We had four couples, a three-year-old and two dogs, so the set up was perfect. We could close off part of the house for naptimes, or we could open it up completely when we all wanted to spend time all together.The house was in immaculate condition; with all of the amenities we could ask for! The owners have fabulous taste, as everything was very comfortable and it was beautifully designed.We did need to call about a light that wasn't working, but they had a maintenance person there within 10 minutes who had it working in even less time. We highly recommend this beach house and know that this is where we will stay again on our next trip to Fernandina Beach!

The pros:-Exceptionally clean-Private baths for all rooms-Plenty of seating in dining and living area-Plenty of parking-Outdoor shower-Pet friendlyCons:-All bedrooms on third floor (difficult for my husband who has knee surgery next week)-Not enough trashbags for our stay and bags were flimsy-Stairs were not non-slip
