In the resort 600 m from the centre of Saint Aygulf, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 550 m from the sea, 550 m from the beach. Private: natural garden 640 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 9 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: burglar alarm system, washing machine, drying room. Shop 550 m, shopping centre 5.5 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grand Parc" 400 m, railway station "Fréjus" 7 km, sandy beach "La Galiote" 550 m pebble beach "Calanque des Romains" 800 m, park "Areca" 600 m, diving center 1 km, thermal baths "Thalasso de Port Fréjus" 7 km. Un peu moyen pour une location telle que celle-ci ! Nous sommes arrivés le lundi, et nous sommes restés sans eau chaude jusqu’au mercredi. J’avais choisi également une location avec une machine à laver ( car emmener le stricte minimum de vêtements) qui a été elle aussi réparer que le mercredi, enfin plus précisément la pompe de relevage …. Sur trois semaines de location ça passe, mais sur une semaine de location malheureusement c’est un peu moyen !
