About this house rental
This 130 m2 villa is located in a privileged quiet location near the port of Saint Aygulf, 70 m from the beaches and creeks. It is nevertheless close (100 m) to beaches restaurants, bicycle rental, shops and a stroll (700 to 800m) from the town center with its market, shops, convenience stores, bakeries, butchers, cafes ... It is possible to get everywhere walking (3 to 10 minutes) or bicycling.
It has 4 bedrooms with view of the bay of Saint Raphael, a living-dining room with sofas, a large table with 8+ seats, two large terraces and a separate kitchen with its own terrace for breakfast. On the 2nd floor 1 parental suite with a 160 cm large bed, on the 1st floor 3 bedrooms each with 140 cm large beds. Still on the first floor, one extra sleeping is avalaible in the couch (single bed) of an open room.
