We didn’t do any cooking but used refrigerator. We also used the pool. The tile floor seemed dirty, perhaps needed wet mopped. Communication with Tanya the owner was pleasant and almost immediate. She was very nice to deal with. We wish all owners were like her.

I liked that there were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that we were able to use.
However I felt that we were mislead in that it was advertised as a 1.5 bath, which I understood to be an extra toilet and sink. There was only one toilet. I guess the .5 was the vanity sink that was in the bedroom. Very disappointing. Also the A/C was very noisy. It woke us up quite a bit when it would come on or go off at night. It was our first time in Siesta Key and we loved the area, but we will check out other places to stay next time.
