Had a great stay! Friendly people and even caught quite a few fish off the pier. Swimming pool is nice. And like other reviews, mattresses do need replacing, way too soft, made my own bed on the floor. Minor details, Great Stay!

Our unit was very, very clean and up to date. All the appliances were new, including the bathroom. I loved the way it was tastefully decorated, and supplied with beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was just a few steps to the pool and inter coastal where there was a dock with a deck for fishing and relaxing. Also just a 5 minute drive to the pristine public beach. We lucked out!

The condo was very nice. It is off season so is was quiet which we enjoyed. I was disappointed in the silverware, it was very dirty. I did notify the host and they did apologize and iffer offer us a few attractions. I also would have preferred z different color cover for the couchs, was afaid of putting a mark on them as thy were all white.

Property managers were excellent and quick to respond with any inquiries. The place is MUCH further than the 7 minute walk, as advertised. Something to consider if you plan to spend your days on the beach. Carrying chairs and a cooler was a chore. The pier was nice for sipping morning coffee. Accommodations were clean (other than the bedroom carpet) and the lanai needed a deep cleaning and decluttering! The rugs were shredding apart and it was packed with forgot/no longer wanted items from previous guests. Kitchen had more than enough dishes and small appliances for the week. Almost too much.
