About this apartment rental
Welcome to The Mariner Suites located at Hollywood beach! This unique unit has been recently remodeled to make your stay with us memorable. The room has new plank flooring, flat screen T.V., air conditioning unit, updated showers, and all new furnishings. A full service kitchen is also available for your use, as well as a 4-place dining table. You can enjoy the pool and lounge area within premises, as well as numerous activities along the boardwalk just a few steps away.
Room:
Our private room is 333 Square feet in size and includes one (1) king bed, one (1) sofa bed, full kitchenette and dining area. The room also offers a Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, an American coffee machine, a full freezer and fridge, closet with hangers, and beach towels. The bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer, some basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
*We could set up champagne, balloons or flowers arrangements for the room for an extra fee.
On site parking available per request!

This outstanding swimming pool will provide you with a truly special experience! Spend a peaceful day soaking up the sun in our lounge area.
To ensure the safety of our guests, we require a copy of the main guest ID prior to arrival.

The Mariner Suites is located just 6.0 mi from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 8 mi from Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. The building interiors have been recently renovated, and the units count with all modern amenities.
There are four (4) steps to enter the property from the ground level.
Payed washing and drying machines in common area
Location is unbeatable, right in front of the Hollywood beach and boardwalk. No rental car is needed to make the best out of your stay in the area.
The parking space assigned to your unit fits one car, and it is the guest responsibility to keep it locked while not in use.
- Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.
- Excessive noise will be fined $100
- Each guest must send us their ID before arrival, so they can register at the front desk.
- Please, DO NOT Smoke inside the Room $300 smoking fine.
- Keep rooms items inside the house.
- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it :)
- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.
This home has been carefully equipped for your comfort. Please, try to be cautious and careful. Enjoy your stay!

Appeared to be an old motel converted into studio apts. It wasn't stocked with a whole lot of things to make you want to stay in and cook a meal and relax and chill. it was nicely updated. The pool was clean but too cold to use. Nice location, close to the boardwalk/beach. It was cozy and got the job done for our quick last minute trip.

No issues checking in or finding the location. However, I might have not been paying attention because I did not realize it was a dated, run down motel, 2nd floor (take note if your luggage is heavy), dirty pool (although we did see 2-3 people in it), broken steps, and wet swim trunks laying on the steps all weekend. The biggest disappointment was arriving at midnight after a night out and discovering someone parked in our parking spot. It was extremely inconvenient and stressful as we did not want our rental towed!
Needless to say, no emergency number or email to help us address the issue. The police and towing company refused assistance. They only respond if property manager calls. We were stuck with a sleepless night, worrying that the rental would be towed. We ultimately did not receive a call or email to address this inconvenience.
The shower gets clogged very quickly. Showering with flip flops still did not prevent backed up water on our feet. On a good note it is a good size comfortable shower and bathroom space. AC worked very well (THANK GOODNESS) and the tiny kitchenette area with full size fridge is helpful and useful.
On a good note, the space is renovated and provides all basics. Nonetheless, we bought Lysol, disinfecting wipes and our own bath and beach towels.
