The flat is very spacious and has 1 master bedroom with box spring, a bathroom with bathtub and large rain shower. The tastefully decorated living room is spacious with a comfortable corner lounge and possibility of two single beds. The kitchen is also luxurious and fully equipped. Unwind in this gem!

OUTSIDE

Via a private driveway, you can enter the domain of Hoeve den Akker. There is free parking with the possibility of parking several cars up to the entrance. The domain with its magnificent garden covers 1.5 hectares and is completely fenced off in country style. There are various types of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees.

There are no direct neighbours. The recent 2018 country house is surrounded by fields and fields, allowing you to fully enjoy the garden and unwind. This can be done, among other things, on two separate private terraces with stylish garden furniture and a large parasol. Weather permitting, you can enjoy aperitifs there, with a view of the ALPACAs!

INSIDE

Through the private door entrance with keypad, you go through the spacious staircase hall to the beautiful rooftop flat on the first floor. There you will find a wide corridor. From there, you go to the various rooms:

- Large master bedroom with smart TV and built-in wardrobes with ample storage space. The room exudes tranquillity due to the high ceiling up to the ridge and the two windows with blackout facilities overlooking the surrounding fields.
- Fully equipped open kitchen island with air conditioning and adjacent dining area for 4. Here, too, you can enjoy the views of the beautiful countryside.
- Cosy air-conditioned living room with comfortable corner lounge, smart TV, board games, storage cupboards and private desk. If there are 4 guests, two extra single beds can also be placed in this room. If desired, these can also be put in the master bedroom. This can be agreed in advance or on the spot with the hosts. You are free to do so.
- Modern bathroom with two washbasins, mirrors, bathtub, rain shower and hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

The rooftop flat is equipped with Ethernet inputs and free wifi with strong coverage.

Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the fully equipped rooftop flat and the surrounding garden with alpacas and chickens.

The neighbourhood
The historic and picturesque Damme town centre is 5 minutes away by car. Starting from the country house, cycling enthusiasts can also reach Damme and its surroundings via beautiful cycling routes. There is bike rental nearby. Walkers are also at the right place, with plenty of beautiful hiking routes in the surrounding nature reserves.

The historic city of Bruges and seaside resort Knokke are 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Sluis and Cadzand (NL) at 25 minutes. Even a trip to Ghent only takes 45 minutes! Brussels can be reached in just over an hour.

There are several department stores, local bakeries, cheese shops and butchers nearby. In addition, there are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy food and drinks. Museums and famous sights abound in Bruges, Damme and Ghent. There is even a gigantic golf course at a 5-minute drive and several sports facilities nearby.
